A small Cornish business run from a dining room looking out across the sea .
A former fine art degree student with a love of textiles and print design, I am inspired by the colours of the diverse Cornish landscape, a textile artist with over 20 years experience specialising in felting and screen printing.
I sew a range of headbands, neckbands and other useful accessories using fabrics inspired by the Cornish landscape.
The fabrics are sourced from within Cornwall where possible, and if not from Cornwall then from other South West suppliers to keep things as local as possible.
Pretty but Practical
Each item is made with care from beautiful woven cottons, organic cotton jersey, cable knit jersey and super soft bamboo jersey, the colours and textures are inspired by the beautiful landscape around me.
From the coastal & estuary footpaths of North Cornwall, the clay trails of St Austell, to the perfect little harbour villages of Port Isaac and Port Gaverne.
No two items are the same, each is individual & unique, just like us and just like the landscape around us.
Choose to Reuse
With the ever increasing amount of single use items available, mainly made from plastic and then sadly discarded around our precious landscape, we need to find more sustainable products to replace those that we would normally dispose of.
I make a range of plastic free and reusable alternatives to plastic food wraps and disposable wipes, I use beautiful woven cottons and super soft bamboo towelling.
(bamboo also helps to save our trees & is a more sustainable fibre)
One of my main passions is the encouragement of reusable items, my own children use reusable food wraps in their lunchboxes and I use reusable items where possible around the home.
